Veterinary Surgeon - Scarborough Vets for Pets

Up to £85,000 DOE (FTE) | £5,000 Welcome Bonus | £5,000 Relocation Package | No OOHs

We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with 3+ years experience to join us on a full‑time basis (40 hours per week). This will include every other Saturday morning on a fair rota basis, but importantly there are no Sundays or out-of-hours – meaning you’ll have the freedom to enjoy everything Scarborough has to offer outside of work.

If full‑time doesn’t work for you, that’s fine too. We’re very happy to discuss part‑time or flexible working options, so please let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You’ll need to feel confident with routine consultations and surgeries, and comfortable with occasional sole charge. In return, we’ll give you the autonomy to shape your role while also offering plenty of support for your professional growth.

• Are a qualified Veterinary Surgeon, RCVS‑registered
• Are confident in routine surgery and medicine, with the ability to manage occasional sole charge

An interest in further training or working towards a certificate would be highly encouraged, and we’ll happily support you every step of the way.
