Our clients operate this stunning country Inn based in this quaint country village in North Yorkshire, commutable to Scarborough & providing rosette standard dining from their professional modern kitchen.

This lovely Country Inn, widely regarded as one of the region's premium Gastro Pubs, is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen in this very talented team in this modern kitchen. You WILL learn here.

With an emphasis on local, seasonal foods, cooked using modern & interesting techniques, with the latest chefs kit, this really is a great opportunity for a career-minded chef to make a name for themselves, working in a very supportive environment.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:

• Experience working with fresh food, be it in a restaurant, hotel, or gastro pub.

• Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important.

• Demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here.

• Own transport would be ideal due to location, although there are good public transport links into Scarborough.

• Desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team. Hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for.
