shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Scarborough
. The role is part‑time, permanent, and pays a competitive salary based on age. After 3 years you will receive the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits. The position requires 12 hours per week, with flexibility across the week and a core rota that may change to meet business needs.
Sales Assistant Role
We train all Sales Assistants, so no previous knowledge of shoezone is required. We look for genuine enthusiasm, a passion for helping people, and a motivation to learn and develop.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Work in a busy and fast‑paced environment.
- May be asked to undertake key‑holding duties.
- Hands‑on with the ability to hit the ground running.
- An all‑around team player with a can‑do attitude.
- Flexible and able to support the store (availability discussed at interview).
- 28 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service.
