Application of modern biostatistics to large-scale datasets. These include Next Generation Sequencing data (e.g., single cell/nuclei RNA seq data).
Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices.
Project management and supervising doctoral students.
Your profile- PhD in Interdisciplinary Molecular Medicine or Neuroscience
- Experience in the field of cerebrovascular biology
- Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity
- Minimum 3 years of postdoc experience
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data
- Knowledge in R and Python
- Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines
- Valid FELASA Cat. B certificate
- Demonstrated experience in imaging techniques such as confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy and image analysis
- Experience in cell culture techniques
