LHH is working with a client is who is adding to their team a hands-on QA/QC Engineer to help drive quality across field operations, warehouses, and shop environments. This role will be instrumental in strengthening the Quality Management System (QMS), conducting audits, identifying process gaps, managing non-conformances, and helping frontline teams take ownership of quality.
What we’re looking for:- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Experience with QMS, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge or experience working within an ISO 9001 quality environment preferred
- Oilfield services, manufacturing, maintenance, or field operations experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and gain buy-in from frontline teams
- Ability to travel 25%–75%
