Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who offer expert design services to the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team in Scunthorpe.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
Provide architectural design services and project management to projects within the residential and commercial sector
Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
Submit planning and building regulation applications
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:
Degree within architecture
Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Scunthorpe area
