Finance Business Partner

Base pay range

Finance Business Partner £60,000 to £65,000 (pro‑rata) plus excellent benefits, 1x 12‑month fixed‑term contract and 1x 8‑month fixed‑term contract.
Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working – typically two to three days per week across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe).

What you’ll do
  • Own financial planning, reporting and performance management for your area
  • Partner with colleagues across the business to provide financial insight and challenge to drive the business forward
  • Deliver cross‑functional projects with clear, data‑led analysis
  • Use financial data to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to long‑term planning and forecasting
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different teams
  • Continuously look for ways to improve our planning and reporting processes
What you’ll bring
  • A qualified or part‑qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial planning and reporting
  • Confidence in working with stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving
  • Good Excel skills and familiarity with financial planning tools
