£14.00 Day

Trainee Rates increase after training

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and skilled Machine Operatives to join our clients expanding team. You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output and maintaining production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in line with company standards.
• Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any faults or issues promptly to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility for shift work and overtime when required.
