Job Title: Fabricator/Welder

Location: Scunthorpe

Contract Type: Full‑time, Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Pay rate: 14.50 per hour

• Carry out welding tasks to a high standard, following technical drawings and specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

• 3+ years' experience as a MIG fabricator/welder
• Steel industry background (essential)
• Ability to read engineering drawings (essential)
• Accurate use of measuring equipment (essential)
• Overhead crane experience (desirable)
• Forklift / side loader experience (desirable)
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Excellent timekeeping, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
