As a Parts Consultant you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and verifying for quality and description, parts stock and other goods from suppliers.
* Receiving incoming Motor Vehicle Parts into the department and putting stock into the correct locations.
* Ensuring stock is stored carefully, kept secure and in saleable condition.
* Accurately identifying, locating and picking parts for Workshop staff and customers.
* Ensuring every opportunity is taken to sell older and slow moving parts
* Seeking new ways to increase Parts and Workshop sales by identifying customer needs and incremental items to sell.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 16:00pm then 9:00am
-18:00pm alternate Saturdays 08:00am - 12:00

Ideal candidates will have:
* A genuine interest and passion for the Motor Trade
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* An ability to build rapport and establish and maintain good working relationships.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Confidence with IT systems alongside call handling
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their workload.
* Endless drive and self motivation.
* A team player mentality.

Previous experience working as a Parts Consultant or in an Aftersales department would be a distinct advantage for this role.
