Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

Scunthorpe (8-10 hour stock count shifts + driving time paid + bonus)

• We are looking for a Retail Team Driver to join our already successful team.
• Oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores; travel will vary on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
• Follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• Whilst on site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time; access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock.

• Work unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts; cannot hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
• Hold a Full Driving License.
• Have a "can do" attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
• Be a quick learner, as our innovative business and technology frequently change.
• Experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
