Job Details:

Job Role:
As Stakeholder Manager, you will lead on engagement and coordination relating to land, buildings, and asset interfaces across a major infrastructure package supporting operations, remediation, and decommissioning works. You will act as the key liaison between the delivery team and wider stakeholders to ensure that the project’s use of existing assets, facilities, and land is properly managed and approved in line with internal governance and regulatory protocols.
This Stakeholder Manager role will involve managing stakeholder relationships with departments responsible for property, asset protection, nuclear security, infrastructure assurance, and operational compliance. You will maintain close coordination with project leaders, engineering, planning, and SHEQ teams to ensure all asset-related requirements are identified early and integrated into programme and construction delivery.
The ideal Stakeholder Manager will be a proactive communicator with experience in major infrastructure or regulated environments, particularly where assets, land access, and multi-agency coordination are critical to success.
Essential Skills, Experience, or
Qualifications:
Experience as a Stakeholder Manager, Interface Manager, or similar role on major infrastructure, engineering, or nuclear projects
Strong understanding of asset ownership, land access, property use, and site governance in regulated environments
Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to build consensus and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across departments and functions
Experience working within complex delivery programmes involving multiple partners or regulatory bodies
SC clearance or ability to obtain SC
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
Experience working with public sector or nuclear-sector stakeholders
Knowledge of site governance and infrastructure assurance processes
Background in land use planning, facilities coordination, or site integration
Degree in project management, engineering, construction, or related discipline
