The Harborview Cardiology clinic at University of Washington is seeking a Program Coordinator/Scheduler to triage medical information, schedule post-surgery procedures, and coordinate patient appointments with physicians and staff. This on-site, day-shift role supports the Heart Institute's comprehensive cardiac care in Seattle.
The position is full-time (100% FTE) for one year with no telework, offering a stable schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm.
