Office Manager - Infrastructure

Location - Selby, West Yorkshire

What you will be doing:

We have an exciting career development opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our project team based on site in Selby.

In this key role, you will help create and maintain a safe, well-run and welcoming project environment by overseeing day-to-day office operations, document control, visitor coordination and public liaison activities, while supporting key project, wellbeing and compliance initiatives.

  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a knowingly safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
  • Manage document control and ensure timely, accurate reporting to internal teams and external clients.
  • Oversee office and site administration, including day-to-day office management, facilities, IT, stationery and consumables.
  • Coordinate site visitors, inductions and briefings, arranging appropriate company personnel as guides.
  • Manage procurement of office and site supplies in line with divisional processes, reconciling material and plant tickets to support prompt payment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, the public and other key stakeholders, supporting public and community engagement activities.
  • Support the Project Manager with site initiatives such as FREDIE, wellbeing, health surveillance and behavioural safety programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with audits, inspections and testing requirements, introducing improvements, innovations and managing complaints and compliments processes.
