- Attend daily subcontractor meetings to resolve M&E issues and maintain project schedule adherence.
- Monitor subcontractors' site progress, workmanship, and safety compliance, reporting findings to management and the safety officer.
- Ensure works align with approved drawings and specifications, and initiate corrective actions for any non-conformances.
- Conduct daily inspections alongside the project RE/RTO, addressing comments promptly to secure work approvals.
- Maintain thorough records of inspections and documentation for quality assurance and future reference.
- Display confidence and professionalism when engaging workers, subcontractors, and peers, seeking guidance when needed.
- Strive for timely approvals and implement BCA-recommended best practices across all site activities.
- Support and participate in site Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs to promote a safe and clean work environment.
- Actively pursue skill development through relevant training (e.g., BCA courses) and explore cost-effective site methods.
- Mentor new M&E Supervisors to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption to site progress.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support project efficiency and cost savings.
- Minimum 3 years of M&E supervision experience, preferably in data center, industrial, or commercial projects.
