Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
Office at City Hall, Project site at Seletar
Salary: $3800 to $5400
Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering

Job ScopeTo coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
To verify the work done on site are in accordance with the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
