What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support to production operations for assigned products
- Manage product definition, configuration, and evolution
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis (8D), and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams (MFT) and customers to resolve product issues
- Lead/support new product introduction, customer returns, and supplier validations
- Establish KPIs (R1, FPY) and monitor support effectiveness
What You Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar
- 2+ years’ experience in technical support or product engineering
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; clear and professional communication
- Able to manage priorities under tight deadlines
- Aviation industry experience is a plus!
