Roles & Responsibilities Safety Compliance & Monitoring

• Ensure adherence to WSH Acts, company safety rules, and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations to the Safety Officer and Site Management.
• Support the implementation of corrective measures for non-compliance.

• Maintain up-to-date safety and environmental documentation for MOM, NEA, and ISO audits.
• Assist in investigations of accidents, incidents, and dangerous occurrences.
• Update site management on new or revised statutory safety requirements.

• Act as Secretary for the Project WSH Committee, facilitating safety communications.
• Assist in organizing safety training, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Support worker management regarding courses, medical reporting, and welfare matters.

• Assist in implementing site environmental control programs, including vector-borne disease prevention.
• Ensure public safety in site-adjacent areas and activities visible to the public.
• Coordinate with authorities on environmental and safety compliance matters.
