Operations Manager; Metal Industry

  Operations Manager – Up to $6,000 – Seletar

• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) :
  Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Operational Excellence:
  Manage daily factory operations, including safety, 5S, machine utilization, and facility layout.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, and production workers.
• Performance Management:
  Drive production throughput, reduce cycle times, and implement continuous productivity improvements.
• Financial Oversight:
  Control production costs and optimize resource allocation to meet budgetary goals.
• Quality & Delivery:
  Ensure strict quality control standards and the timely delivery of all products.
• Reporting & Support:
  Prepare regular production reports for senior management and provide technical support to the sales and project teams.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in production management experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment
• Background in precision engineering or metal fabrication is highly preferred
• Practical knowledge of ISO standards and MRP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
