Job Title: Machining Technician (ID3568)
Location: Seletar
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,500
Gross Salary: $2,800 – $3,300
Job Description s- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Choose correct tools and fixtures for each job.
- Operate CNC Milling (3, 4 & 5‑Axis), Turn‑Mill, and conventional turning/milling machines.
- Set up machines, including tool presetting, and perform independent machining operations.
- Program CNC machines (3, 4 & 5‑Axis) using G‑code.
- Inspect work pieces using vernier calipers, micrometres, and other measuring tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Proven experience in multi‑axis CNC and conventional machining.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in CNC programming (G‑code) and tool presetting.
- Knowledge of machining strategies to achieve tight tolerances and surface finishes.
- Experience with quality inspection and measurement tools.
- Self‑reliant, precise, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
