SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC) – Semarang

Accenture Southeast Asia – Join our team as a SAP BPC Specialist in Semarang. This role involves collaborating with client teams, driving upskilling, and developing go‑to‑market solutions for SAP BPC.

• Contribute to drive SAP BPC upskilling for Delivery Center resources.
• Work directly with customer's client team to understand their business challenges and provide solutions.
• Prepare request for change documentation.
• Develop test plan and test cases for testing systems and applications.
• Document training material and user procedures.

• Experience level: 2–5 years as Analyst to Senior Analyst, 6+ years as Specialist/Team Lead/Consultant, or 2+ years in managerial capacity overseeing SAP BPC projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Technical expertise: Extensive experience in SAP BPC version 11.0 or earlier. Proficiency in predefined planning functions and custom planning functions using Fox formulas or ABAP; experience with SAP BW/4
  
  HANA or BWoH; familiarity with SAP Business Objects analysis tools; exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC finance modules; experience in SAP BPC technical and functional upgrades; SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Additional requirements: Willing to work in Semarang or relocate; proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
