Salary: $115-120k/year + benefits

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)

Key Logic is seeking Full Stack Java Software developers with strong systems, software, and Agile experience to support our program at the USPTO. This is a long-term position.

As a full stack developer you will be working in an Agile Dev Sec Ops  team and helping to build next‑gen applications for our federal clients.

• 4+ years of Java/J2EE programming experience
• 3+ years of experience in full stack development using Java, Web Services (REST and SOAP), JavaScript (JQuery or React or Angular), Spring, Hibernate
• 3+ years of experience developing enterprise level web applications utilizing Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, or Web Services
• 2+ years of experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, etc.
• Knowledge of web development specifics, including JSON, REST, web and microservices architectures, and HTTP specification
• Experience developing applications to be deployed on app servers such as JBoss EAP, Tomcat
• Experience automating unit and integration testing in a test‑driven development with CI/CD model
• Experience with Source Control (Git or SVN)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 or later)
• Strong understanding of OO programming including interfaces.
• Good teamwork and strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with best practices and design patterns for writing clean, reusable, and highly organized code
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools, including Git, Bitbucket, or Jira

Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
