• Segment:
  Split audio based on different speakers
• Tag:
  Identify the language and accent of each speaker
• Transcribe:
  Convert spoken English into accurate written text

• Deliver high-quality transcription results with minimal corrections
• Identify speakers and label accents accurately
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding challenges or questions
• Meet deadlines while maintaining consistency and accuracy

Job Explanation Video

• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Have own laptop or PC with stable internet access
• Strong English fluency (C1 level or higher), listening must be C1 level or higher
• High attention to detail, precision, and consistency
• Can commit full time freelance job at least 1 month (at least 6 working hours daily)
• Good time-management skills to ensure steady output
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to project requirements
• Willing to offline training at Thamrin area - Jakarta for 3 days and bring own laptop (for candidate out of Jakarta or have job now, can wait online training in the future)

• Around 40k IDR per accepted task (around 3 effective minutes per task, take around 30-60 minutes to finish 1 task, Equivalent to 800k IDR per effective hour)
• Payments are based on accepted and quality‑approved tasks
• No earning cap — your output directly determines your income:
  The more consistently you work, the faster you improve, and the more tasks you can complete
