Lead Drama at Wrotham into an exciting new era! Wrotham School is looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Drama to lead Drama at a transformative point in the school's development. From 2026, Drama will be housed in brand-new, custom-built performance spaces, offering outstanding facilities for teaching, rehearsals and productions. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Drama specialist to shape provision, raise the profile of the subject, and inspire students in a purpose-designed environment.

• Lead the Drama curriculum across key stages
• Inspire high-quality teaching, learning and performance
• Develop exciting extra-curricular drama opportunities and productions
• Work closely with Performing Arts colleagues to maximise the impact of the new facilities
• Contribute to the wider creative and cultural life of the school

• Is a passionate Drama specialist with strong subject expertise
