Location: South UK (Sevenoaks, Bracknell, Grays, Birmingham, Reading, Bristol). Ideal location:
Sussex.

You will be responsible for promoting and supporting on‑site system compliance for all Etex BP Framework Partner specifications. You will travel to sites across the South, providing technical support and advice on the installation of Siniat products.

• Provide ongoing technical support for Etex BP projects, advising and answering technical enquiries as necessary.
• Provide practical training on Etex BP products and systems to Etex BP's customer base as required.
• Attend sites to investigate and report on product failure and advise remedial action where necessary.
• Provide internal practical training and advice to colleagues as and when required.
• Deliver toolbox talks to sites, demonstrating correct installation of Siniat materials and highlighting differences on the Siniat systems.
• Make recommendations and confirm in writing via site visit reports.
• Assist with ongoing training of colleagues on our project management processes and the use of CRM.

• Organised, proactive, computer‑literate, with a determination to contact a diverse customer base confidently.
• Good knowledge of drywall systems and site‑working practices, ideally from a practical site‑based background.
• Understanding of how building contracts work, and the different approaches required for each (Design & Build, Traditional, Procure 21, CLAW, partnering agreements, envelope schemes).
• Experience using main Microsoft Office applications.
