Senior Civil Design Engineer

, is seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of development and infrastructure projects across the South East, with a strong focus on highways, drainage, and SuDS design
.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:

• Lead and deliver civil engineering designs for highways, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop surface water management strategies and SuDS designs.
• Produce detailed design drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, and client communication.
• Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to BIM and digital design development where applicable.

You will ideally have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered or working toward CEng / IEng status (ICE or equivalent).
• Strong experience in highways and drainage design (Section 38/104/278).
• Proficiency with industry software such as Micro Drainage/Info Drainage, Civil 3D, PDS, or similar.
• A solid understanding of SuDS principles and current UK design standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
