Junior BMS Estimator - BMS (Building Management System), HVAC, or similar Mechanical knowledge required as a base to build upon

Office Based, no site travel | Impressive and distinctive office outside of Sevenoaks, Kent!

Salary: £32K–£40K depending on experience

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch

Benefits: 25 holiday days (3 days at Christmas/New Year), Company Pension, Discretionary Bonus

This client are a fast growing and established energy company, that are looking for a new Junior or experienced Estimator to join the impressive and distinctive work space! This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be joining a small/ medium energy business, with a busy BMS department, who have massive clients in the retail sector.

• Take ownership of estimating BMS projects, preparing tenders, and calculating costs accurately.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the technical team to ensure proposals meet all requirements.
• Create polished, professional tender documents for management approval.
• Keep supplier and subcontractor information up to date, including pricing and capacity.
• Help the team review costs and improve the accuracy and efficiency of estimates.

• Some knowledge of BMS, HVAC, or similar mechanical systems.
• Highly organised, process focused, and able to handle multiple tenders at the same time (With training).
• Reliable, proactive, and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
