Technical Manager

Position: Technical Manager (Permanent)
Our client, a privately owned bespoke developer operating throughout Kent and Sussex, are looking for a Technical Manager to join their esteemed team. As a Technical Manager, you will manage two to three projects from planning inception to completion. This position is based between the Kent head office and various project sites in Sussex, providing a diverse and engaging work setting.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in technical management within the residential construction sector. A deep understanding of planning, design, and construction processes is essential. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges with ease will set you apart.

Key responsibilities include:
