Kent | £75,000–£85,000 + bonus + benefits

An established and growing construction and property consultancy in Kent is looking to appoint an Associate Director to lead the delivery of high-value projects across the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS to take ownership of major schemes and play a key role in a supportive, well-structured consultancy environment.

The role

* Lead projects from inception to completion as the main client contact

* Deliver both pre- and post-contract cost management services

* Manage high-profile projects ranging from £1m to £100m+

* Work across commercial, residential, education, leisure, and community sectors

* Contribute to the growth and leadership of the consultancy

About you

* MRICS qualified (or very close to Chartership)

* Senior QS or Associate-level experience within a consultancy environment

* Strong client-facing and commercial skills

* Comfortable leading multiple projects and junior team members
