Job Description

Searching for a Carpenter / Renovation Tech to work independently and with others. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Framing:
  Building or renovating walls, decks.
• Finish Carpentry:
  Trim, crown molding, baseboard, railings.
• Windows/Doors:
  Installing interior & exterior doors and windows.
• Drywall:
  Installation, repairing, finishing, and painting.
• Cabinetry:
  Installing kitchen cabinets and bath vanities.

The following skills are desirable and will train the right candidate in these areas:

• Roofing:
  Roof tune-ups, fascia replacement, soffits.
• Tiling: install shower and bathroom wall and floor tiles.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.

Requirements

• Carpentry experience 4+ years
• Valid Driver’s License, good driving record
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. +
• Comfortable on roofs and ladders, sometimes 40’ high
