American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring 5 years of RN experience and AWHONN certification.
Details- Work in the Labor and Delivery unit, with combined Mother/Baby experience required
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 or 4x12 hours, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Requires working Labor Day and weekend rotations
- Floating within scope required as needed to meet facility needs
- Uses Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Active RN license (State or Compact) required, in-hand prior to start
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Beginner required
- RNC-OB certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
- Prior Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby work setting experience required
- Previous travel RN experience required
- Meditech charting experience strongly preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Strong charting proficiency, time management, and teamwork skills needed
- Good communication with providers required
- First-time travelers may be considered depending on experience level
- Local candidates accepted at local rate within an 80-mile radius
- Call-outs of more than one week are restricted under RTO policy
- Availability for holidays should be indicated
