Interim Finance Director - mftc

Element Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing, private equity backed business in their search for an Interim Finance Director, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working with the Managing Director, with interface with the Group Finance Director and Strategic Finance Director, this will be a hands on leadership role within a changing and growing business. Managing the wider finance team, you will be a key part of the business transformation journey.

You will be a qualified accountant, with strong experience of a finance leadership role as a Finance Director, Head of, or Group Controller with oversight of a group finance structure. You will ideally have experience of long term contract accounting, recurring revenue and experience of driving margin growth.

This role will spend 80% of the time in the office (specific location on application) and is offered on an initial 12 month, fixed term contract basis and due to the business need of a quick appointment, only candidates that are immediately available or on very short notice will be considered.
