Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing, well-established manufacturing site. You'll be part of a friendly, experienced engineering team supporting production across high-volume processing and packaging operations.

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement across a range of modern manufacturing equipment.

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Planned and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging lines
• Working on conveyors, pumps, valves, fillers, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards

• Background in manufacturing (food ideal, but not essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working days and nights
• Easy-going, team-oriented and personable - cultural fit is key

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts)
• Regular overtime available
• Annual bonus (typically 3-4%)
• 24 days holiday including bank holidays
• Pension: 5% employee / 4% employer
• Ongoing training & development, including boilers, IPAF and confined space
