Purpose:

Are you based in or around Shaftesbury and looking for a hands‑on role with an immediate start? As a Picker Packer
, you’ll join a well‑established warehouse team where your contribution helps keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is looking for consistent weekday hours.

• Monday to Friday working – no weekends
• Immediate start available

• Routine and autonomy in your daily tasks

• Picking and packing customer orders using handheld scanners
• Labelling and preparing items for dispatch
• Performing repetitive tasks while standing for long periods
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Lifting and moving stock (some heavy lifting may be required)

• Ideally previous experience in a warehouse
  , logistics
  , or production role (not essential)
• Good communication skills
• Basic numeracy for order checking and stock counts
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasks
