We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to support our daily transportation and logistics operations. The role involves coordinating deliveries, communicating effectively with drivers and customers, and ensuring schedules run seamlessly. While previous dispatching experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as we are prepared to train the right candidate who is organized, professional, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules to ensure efficient operations.

• Communicate promptly and professionally with drivers and customers.

• Enter data accurately and maintain organized records.

• Resolve any logistical or scheduling issues that may arise.

• Support daily operations with a positive attitude and a problem-solving approach.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office setting characterized by a fast-paced team environment. You will engage in frequent communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams through a mix of phone, email, and computer-based work, collaborating closely with truckers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
