• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and records while meeting deadlines.
• Produce monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices and reconcile bank statements.
• Monitor expenditures against budget and ensure timely payments of bills and taxes.
• Assist in audits as required.
• Optional administrative tasks such as filing documents or updating records as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems is essential.
• Excellent numerical and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
