Accountant, Tax Accountant, Financial Reporting

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client who is in the outdoor living solutions sector, specializing in pergolas, glass rooms, aluminum works, and custom outdoor structures. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong VAT/tax knowledge and hands-on experience in UAE accounting processes.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Manage tax filing, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related financial documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.
• Follow up on payments, outstanding invoices, and supplier accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Support auditors with required documents and clarifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of VAT filing, tax submission, payables & receivables

• Experience preparing quotations and basic accounting reports

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Must be currently based in Sharjah or willing to commute.
