Industry: Fit-Out / Interior Works
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, coordination abilities, and a valid UAE driving license.
🛠Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards
- Manage material delivery, stock, and site requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports
- Transport materials or staff when required (using company vehicle)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fit-Out / Interior projects
- Strong knowledge of site procedures and finishing works
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
