Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for residential G+4 building projects in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full‑time on‑site presence, daily execution, supervision, and coordination to ensure works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.

• Full‑time presence on site during working hours and direct supervision of construction activities.
• Supervise and manage daily construction works on site.
• Ensure execution of works complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and Sharjah Municipality inspectors.
• Monitor work quality, safety, and progress according to the project schedule.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
• Handle inspections, snag lists, and handover activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in residential building projects (G+4 or similar).
• Proven experience working on projects in Sharjah is highly preferred.
• Must be able to remain on site full‑time and manage day‑to‑day site operations independently.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and Sharjah Municipality regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic planning tools.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
