We are looking for a skilled
* Site Engineer
* with solid experience in
* fit-out, decor, and joinery projects
* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on site experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of materials, installation methods, and project coordination.
- Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site activities for fit‑out and joinery works
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors
- Ensure work execution according to drawings, quality standards, and timelines
- Prepare site reports, material requests, and progress updates
- Monitor installation works and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve site issues and support smooth project delivery
- Minimum
* 2 years of site engineering experience in the UAE (fit‑out / joinery required) - Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and finishing details
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Must be currently based in the UAE
* Immediate joiners are preferred*
