Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Manage payments at the service venue (cash/card handling)
- Coordinate with event teams and ensure smooth on-site operations
- Maintain service counters and work areas in an organized condition
- Record customer details, service logs, and daily reports
- Support event setups and assist the team based on requirements
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company guidelines during operations.
Requirements:
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Flexible to work across the UAE depending on event/project location
- Able to handle payments accurately and responsibly
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Ability to stand for long hours during events
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift timings as per the event schedule
- Team player and able to work under pressure
- Previous customer service or event experience is a plus
