Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Manage payments at the service venue (cash/card handling)
  • Coordinate with event teams and ensure smooth on-site operations
  • Maintain service counters and work areas in an organized condition
  • Record customer details, service logs, and daily reports
  • Support event setups and assist the team based on requirements
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and company guidelines during operations.

Requirements:

  • Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Flexible to work across the UAE depending on event/project location
  • Able to handle payments accurately and responsibly
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to stand for long hours during events
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift timings as per the event schedule
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • Previous customer service or event experience is a plus
Job Specification
