Key Responsibilities

• Foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients’ expectations and budgets.
• Support clients throughout their entire booking journey, from inquiry to trip completion.
• Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Skills & Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Office 365, at least one GDS system, Hotel Bed Banks, and DMC interactions.
• Comfort with CRM software, online booking platforms, and virtual client engagement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Passion for travel and a desire to learn about new destinations and cultures.
• Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and time zone differences.
• Sales and service orientation with a commitment to learning, innovation, and adapting to new technologies.
• Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in handling unexpected challenges.
• Cultural sensitivity and a respect for diverse backgrounds and preferences.
• Resilience and professionalism under pressure.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-5 years in sales and operations at a travel agency or tour operator, specializing in customized international holidays (with knowledge of air travel and visa facilitation).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Benefit from in-house destination and airline product briefings and trainings.
• Develop soft skills through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Participate in travel industry events and seminars.
• Compensation aligned with experience as an outbound leisure travel consultant.
• UAE Residence Visa for applicants who require sponsorship.
