This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Sharjah. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling Hensel’s product range, providing technical support to clients, and cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Representatives will also actively contribute to market and industry analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies.

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand and propose technical solutions.
• Previous experience selling electrical engineering products in UAE / GCC region
• GCC driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively in GCC
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Self-motivated and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
