3D Tekla Detailer- Steel Contracting

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented 3D Tekla Detailer to join our structural steel Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Modeling and Editing works for Fabrication and Erection drawings using Tekla Structures
, along with proficiency in AutoCAD for developing GA and connection detail shop drawings.

• Develop accurate 3D Tekla models for structural steel projects based on design and architectural drawings.
• Prepare and edit fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and assembly details
  .
• Generate and manage GA drawings, connection details, and shop drawings using AutoCAD
  .
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure design intent and fabrication requirements are met.
• Perform model checks and resolve clashes or discrepancies.
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
• Support the fabrication and site erection teams with clear and precise detailing outputs.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Tekla modeling and detailing for structural steel works.

• Proficiency in Tekla Structures for 3D modeling, editing, and detailing.
• Strong command of AutoCAD for GA and connection detail drawings.
• Good understanding of fabrication and erection processes.
• Knowledge of relevant steel detailing standards and practices
  .Familiarity with project coordination workflows and revision management.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on constructability and efficiency.
