• Manage and oversee the maintenance operations of electrical systems and infrastructures.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to enhance system reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve electrical faults and operational malfunctions.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to support multi-disciplinary projects.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Analyze electrical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain detailed documentation of electrical maintenance activities and system updates.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers in the electrical maintenance department.
• Facilitate the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and support during new equipment installations.
• Monitor electrical system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to develop budget estimates for electrical maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
