Supervisor - Production Controllers

Gulf Aircraft & Engineering Services (GAES) is a renowned independent Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) provider located near Sharjah International Airport in Sharjah, UAE. The facility features a state‑of‑the‑art hangar capable of accommodating up to eight narrow‑body aircraft, such as B737 and A320 models, and two wide‑body aircraft like B747 and B777 simultaneously. Known for its commitment to quality and reliability, GAES offers exceptional services within the aviation industry.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Planner to lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance planning activities within a Part‑145 MRO environment. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end planning and control of maintenance checks, ensuring optimal workflow, on‑time delivery, cost control, and effective coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.

The position acts as a key interface between Production, Engineering, Procurement, Customer Support, and external partners, overseeing work package preparation, Gantt scheduling, material planning, monitoring of critical paths, and reporting throughout the maintenance input lifecycle. The role also ensures accurate capture of over‑and‑above man‑hours, compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and timely post‑check reporting to management.

• Ideal candidates will have strong aircraft maintenance planning experience within a Part‑145 organization, solid knowledge of AMP/MPD/MRB requirements, hands‑on experience with maintenance planning systems, and the ability to manage complex maintenance projects under tight operational timelines.
