Are you an experienced professional in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination? We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating, managing, and coordinating all MEP-related activities within our construction projects. You will ensure that the project’s technical and safety standards are maintained and that all activities are executed efficiently within the project timelines.

- Coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering tasks with project teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of MEP project plans and schedules.
- Ensure that all MEP designs meet regulatory and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly with overall project specifications.
- Monitor and control project budgets specific to MEP-related activities and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of MEP installations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to project stakeholders regarding MEP progress and challenges.
- Facilitate the development and approval of submittals, shop drawings, and MEP-related documentation.
- Identify potential risks and propose proactive solutions to mitigate any MEP-related issues.
- Manage communication and coordination with subcontractors for timely completion of MEP tasks.
- Train and guide project team members on MEP procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological innovations for MEP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in MEP coordination or related roles.
- Strong understanding of MEP processes, designs, and safety regulations is essential.
- Proven track record of managing multiple MEP projects simultaneously within deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using project management and CAD software relevant to MEP tasks.
- Possession of a professional certification in project management or MEP coordination is preferred.
