As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee multi-million-dirham projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and business objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and implement risk mitigation strategies. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to transformative digital initiatives in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage large-scale IT projects end-to-end.
- Coordinate with development, product, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Translate technical requirements into clear business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud-based solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and frameworks.
