Assistant Manager - IT SAP

This position is responsible for supportingseniors in the management of the overall operations of the IT department, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively and that the department is aligning its ongoing projects with the goals of the organization. This position will be responsible for the IT Help Desk operations and qualityeffectiveness assessment of the projects done by the project/s team/s.

• Participating in the organizational strategic planning exercise to ensure accurate and achievable objectives are defined pertaining to organization technology capabilities;
• Supporting inthe preparation of departmental budget and cost estimates for plannedinitiatives;
• Supporting inconducting feasibility studies, cost benefit comparisons, selection of vendors and implementation of IT infrastructure, etc.;
• Supporting inthe implementation of specialized learning solutions, such as Learning Management System;
• Management ofIT desktop and web based applications;
• Management ofoverall IT operations, such as helpdesk support, etc.;
• Supporting inthe information security management and effective control over the flow of information capital; and
• Managingdisaster recovery and business continuity plan.
• Overseeing and reviewing overall IT procurement. Approve PRs and giving technicalrecommendations to the IT teams.
• Reviewing the Vendor efficiency, quality, performance and giving recommendations to Procurement team in Agreement renewals.
• Managing theIT Systems Automations and working in the continuous improvements.
