About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to manage our ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, and data security. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or printing environment with strong technical and coordination skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain ERP systems across production, inventory, purchase, sales, and finance
Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal teams for updates and issue resolution
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and hardware
Ensure smooth connectivity between production lines and administrative functions
Implement and monitor data security, firewalls, and backup systems
Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure minimum downtime
Maintain IT asset records, licenses, and documentation
Conduct user training and support cross‑departmental system usage
Manage procurement, AMCs, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and ISO/QMS guidelines
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5–6 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing/printing/packaging
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Flexibiz, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Expertise in network administration, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, and cybersecurity
Experience with database management and backup systems
Key SkillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple IT projects and support a fast‑paced environment
